We’re proud to say that over one thousand organisations have been accredited by the Workplace Wellbeing Charter.
The experience design and build agency Mando was experiencing issues with managing absences and dealing with mental health in the workplace. We worked with them to change their approach to wellbeing, and introduce a variety of new schemes to support their staff and make a positive change.
An accreditation from the Workplace Wellbeing Charter demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to improving the lives of those who work there. The process begins with our interactive self-assessment tool, includes site visits, action plans and evidence gathering, and ends with a full assessment report and award of accreditation.
