After completing a master’s degree in nutrition and Dietetics, Ellen pursued a career as a registered dietician, working with a variety of people who needed support with both physical and mental health conditions. She has also worked to help those who are unemployed improve their health and wellbeing, with the aim to help them feel better and enter the world of work.
Ellen understands and appreciates the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle, as well as the impact that a poor diet can have on your health and wellbeing. She enjoys instigating a positive change – whether that be for herself, or for others.
Ellen enjoys hitting the gym and going for long walks in her spare time, as well as cooking for friends and spending time with family.
