Jen Mak

Workplace Wellbeing Consultant

Jen started her professional career working for a mental health charity, having completed a master’s degree in Health Psychology. She has always had a particular interest in behaviour change and helping people grow, which led her to securing a qualification in counselling.

Jen’s passion for supporting people makes her a perfect fit for the Workplace Wellbeing Charter and as our resident consultant in Leeds, she can put her expertise to good use, supporting the city’s businesses to achieve the accreditation.

When she isn’t being the ultimate hostess and cooking for her friends, in her spare time, Jen volunteers with bereavement charity Cruse, supporting people after the death of someone close, to help them feel more like themselves.
