Julie’s expertise and passion for nutrition and diet started when she attained a First Class degree in nutrition from Edge Hill University. She has since then worked at a number of organisations where she has leveraged her passion into a full time career. In the past, she has supported vulnerable adults in her local community to maintain a healthy diet, as well as teach primary school children how to cook.
In her current role, Julie is tasked with gathering data, evidence and case studies of the many positive changes organisations have made due to the Workplace Wellbeing Charter. This crucial insight allows the Charter to continue to deliver the very best practice, which is proven to work every time.
In between learning how to play the ukulele, practicing yoga and walking her two dogs Billie and Bea, Julie looks after her teenage son and tweets pearls of wisdom to her social media following of over three thousand people.
