Workplace Wellbeing Consultant

Suzanne has spent her professional life working across a number of industries and sectors with a shared purpose – to help other people. She started her career as a dental nurse in the NHS, before attending university as a mature student to achieve a First Class degree in nutrition and health promotion. Since then, she has worked with Public Health England as a health trainer, where she supported people to manage their weight, as well as deliver health checks and support people to make a positive change in their lives.

Suzanne is one of the many Workplace Wellbeing Charter consultants travelling up and down the country to support organisations with their accreditation. She is an expert on a many number of aspects of workplace wellbeing and has a keen interest in nutrition and diet.

She is the proud mum of five – three kids and two dogs! When not taking her two Bichon Frises Pearl and Flo for walks, she has been known to abseil from a building or two to raise funds for charity and her local food bank, where she has in the past volunteered and supported people with managing their money and steering clear of debt.
