Why do it?
Completing the Workplace Wellbeing Charter is more than just ticking a box. You’ll be making a real commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of your workforce, while also making your organisation an employer for choice for perspective employees.
The Benefits
The Charter is segmented into eight topic areas which have been developed in line with best practice and the latest research. These topic areas range from leadership and absence management to physical activity and healthy eating.
The topic areas work together to cover every area of workplace wellbeing, and are delivered to your organisation in a clear, structured way.
The benefits of the Workplace Wellbeing Charter allow your team to be at their full potential.
Independent assessment
Our independent benchmarking metric is a simple and structured way for your organisation to assess every area of workplace wellbeing – to see what you’re doing well and where you need to make changes.
Expert consultants
Your assigned consultant will provide information, support and guidance that is tailored to your organisation. This includes site visits, training, interviews with staff and action plans to make real and meaningful changes.
National award
Your accreditation will be recognised across the United Kingdom, your organisation will be listed on our website, you’ll be able to use our logo and branding on your marketing materials and your workplace will receive a desktop award that is truly worth displaying.
Positive image
Your accreditation will be something to shout about; and recruiting the very best workforce will be easier than ever thanks to our nationally recognised award.
Reduced absenteeism
Happy, healthy staff will take fewer sickness days and will stay at your organisation for longer.
Boosted productivity
The Charter helps employees to make positive lifestyle changes which can boost productivity, performance, team working and morale
Tailored for you
Every workplace is different. We understand this, and work with you to create a bespoke programme of support that is best suited to your needs. You may be top of the class in physical activity, but have a poor track record for mental health. We’ll work with you to identify the need for further training, and provide you with a variety of resources and assets that have been developed in line with our eight topic areas.
How does it work?
Your accreditation is built around you, and the way we do it can depend on what you need and when you need it. However, the overall process looks like this…
