Workplace Wellbeing Consultant

Based in Bristol, Tom comes from a health and wellbeing background, having studied his undergraduate degree in Human Biology and Psychology, before going on to achieve a First Class master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition.

Before landing at the Workplace Wellbeing Charter, Tom worked in nutrition research for University College London as well as being a child weight management nutritionist for the NHS.

Tom has a passion for nutrition and diet and in his spare time, he loves cooking and experimenting with new and exciting vegan dishes from all over the world, from Indian curries to Italian pastas.
